Meditation

Meditation restores quiet nerve balance, clearer thinking, and inner spiritual direction.

It gently interrupts worry patterns by settling the body and impressing peace on the subconscious.

With steady practice, you’ll respond more calmly and act from an aligned ideal.

How to do it today
(simple steps)

1. Set an ideal — choose love, patience, or Christ-like kindness as your inner aim.

2. Sit comfortably — spine easy, shoulders soft, jaw relaxed, hands resting.

3. Breathe to quiet — slow exhale longer; let the body “stand down.”

4. Use one phrase — repeat a simple prayer/word until thoughts slow.

5. Listen in stillness — after repetition, pause quietly and receive impressions.

6. Close with thanks — end with gratitude and one practical step to live.

Carry it forward return briefly to the phrase when stress rises.
